Ever wonder what happened to PJ Stock (Boston Bruins, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers and Montreal Canadians) after he hung up his skates with the Boston Bruins? His full time job is host of ESPN Team 990 Radio show in Montreal and as a weekly on air broadcaster for Hockey Night in Canada. In his off time, he's is still in the game he loves and has been working with the youth of Montreal and Boston in helping kids get the most out of their size and strength in the game of hockey. PJ and his staff at Leprechaun Hockey, LLC have developed and instruct in the greatest of detail how to play one of the most important aspects of the game of hockey that is never coached properly at the younger levels: THE PHYSICAL GAME OF HOCKEY. What We Coach

We teach kids the game of hockey that is not being taught anywhere else; the physical aspect of the game of hockey.

A good, clean, physical side of the game that seems to go "uncoached" as kids progress through the hockey levels.

How We Coach It

BALANCE, BALANCE, BALANCE

Step by step instruction of how to get the absolute best results from using your bodies leveage points and physical attributes to open up space and maintain control of the puck and your balance while giving and taking the body on ice.

We break down every segment of leg and body motion in giving and receiving body contact while on the ice. In hockey, every muscle group is intertwined and connected in playing the physical game of hockey and we demonstrate and coach, in easy to understand and interprtive methods, the simplicity of using your body properly to create the most impact in the physical aspect of the game of hockey. We break it down in a manner in which kids can understand and excel in protecting themselves and increasing their physical effectiveness on the ice.
